DELIVERY & RETURNS CONDITIONS DELIVERY

• The shipping of in-stock products takes place between **3 and 5 business days** from order receipt (up to a maximum of **15 business days**). Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
• International shipping rates:
  • Italy and EU: Free shipping
  • Non-EU countries: €10.00
  • USA: €40.00
  • Rest of the world: €40.00

CUSTOM DUTIES AND IMPORT FEES: For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges are the responsibility of the customer. Vozza Grazia Capri sas is not responsible for delays due to customs controls. Products are shipped via express courier with tracking. The customer must check the integrity of the package upon delivery and immediately report any damages, placing a written reservation of inspection on the delivery receipt. Any issues related to integrity, correspondence, or completeness must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email at info@graziaemaricavozza.com. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. You have 30 days from order receipt to request a return. CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN:

• The product must be returned in the **same condition** in which it was received, **unworn** and **undamaged**.
• It must be returned in its **original, intact packaging**.
• Returns must be shipped via **trackable courier** at the buyer’s expense.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

• If you receive a **damaged product**, report the issue **within 24 hours** of receipt, including a **photo** and the **reason for return**.
• The product must be returned in its **original packaging**. After verification, the **price of the jewelry and shipping costs will be refunded**.

EXCHANGES:

• To exchange a piece of jewelry for another available item, the customer must cover **return and new shipping costs**.
• Exchange requests beyond **14 days** from receipt must be for an item of **equal or higher value** (with any difference paid by the customer).
• A maximum of **2 exchanges** is allowed.

PROCEDURE TO REQUEST A RETURN:

PRODUCT WARRANTY

• All our jewelry is covered by a **2-year warranty** from the delivery date for **material and/or workmanship defects**.
• The warranty **does not cover** damage due to **wear and tear** or **improper use**.
