GOLD JEWELRY CARE
Our jewelry is crafted in 9KT or 18KT gold, and we use hard stones such as malachite, turquoise, amethyst, lapis lazuli, coral paste, rhodochrosite, tiger’s eye, onyx, mother-of-pearl, aventurine, and colored resins.
To preserve our jewelry and prevent color changes, here are some care tips. We are always available for any further information:
- 1. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, creams, detergents, and other chemicals. Remove jewelry before bathing or exercising. Sweat and high temperatures can cause oxidation.
- 2. Gold is a soft metal, so try to avoid impacts and scratches.
- 3. We recommend storing jewelry in the velvet pouch provided upon delivery.
HOW TO CLEAN GOLD JEWELRY?
- 1. Mix warm water with mild soap.
- 2. Fill a bowl with this solution and soak the jewelry for 15-20 minutes. It’s best to clean only one or two pieces at a time to prevent scratches.
- 3. If needed, gently clean with a soft-bristled brush, especially if the jewelry has engravings or heavy dirt.
- 4. Rinse under running water.
- 5. Dry thoroughly with a soft cotton cloth.
STONES AND RESINS
Hard stones may become dull due to sea water or sweat, but they can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth.
Resins can be cleaned with a damp cloth, fresh water, and a small amount of toothpaste.
